LCN 4040XP CUSH Heavy Duty Door Closer
The LCN® 4040XP-CUSH heavy duty door closer features heavy duty arm with a built in door stop (CUSH arm). When installed with a CUSH arm the 4040XP is mounted on the Push Side of the door in a ‘parallel arm’ installation, it is ideal for institutional and other high traffic applications.
Standard closer comes complete with a plastic cover and arm powder coated silver / Aluminium finish and installation template as standard.

The 4040XP-CUSH solves the problem of controlling and stopping a door where there is nowhere to locate a door stop. It controls the door with hydraulic checking action, adjustable closing speed (main speed and latch) and back-check to slow the movement of the door from 70° open up until the arm mounted stop. Installing a 4040XP-CUSH prevents damage to the door frame or wall by preventing the door from opening too far preventing a clash against the wall or door frame. The 4040XP-CUSH is not CE / UKCA marked for use on fire doors.
